Items will be shipped within two weeks of your order. If there is a delay, Emilia or someone from her team will reach out to you via email.
If this is a pre-order, the item will be shipped within two weeks of the publication date or earlier.
Returns
We have a no refund policy. All books sent from our facility go through quality assurance, so they're of the highest quality.
If you've received an item that you believe has been damaged in the mail, please reach out to Emilia and her team within two weeks of receiving the package.
Print-On-Demand Items
We partner with companies for print-on-demand (POD) items, including clothing, mugs, and tote bags. These items have not gone through our team's quality assurance because they are POD. If you are not satisfied with your POD item, please reach out to Emilia or her team.
